The Des Moines Botanical Center in Iowa runs the Des Moines Community
Gardening Coalition.  The Botanical Center is part of the Parks Department.
It has been a wonderful match for the Botanical Center who wants to view
themselves as a major arm in the community aiding groups interested in
beautification and increasing horticultural activity of any kind.
