worms

Well here I am again with yet another rose problem.
This time it is little grayish brown worms. They wrap themselves in a leaf close
to the rosebud and chomp away. They make holes and just ruin the buds. Today I
picked 6 damaged buds off my Belinda's Dream. Anybody know what these varmints
are and how to get rid of them? I'm trying to save my beneficials so I
hate to spray. However, not much use having roses if I have to pick off the
buds!
