Kevin - It sounds illegally opportunistic to me that a non-profit - or any kind of organization thinks it owns your writing - unless you signed something that explicity states that as part of your gardening deal you agree that profits from writing about this particular garden will go to the organization. Who is the non-profit and tell them you want to see this thing in writing and you want a copy. Laurie
