Gardening in France

First, thanks to all who wrote about bees in the garden.  In Northampton, Ma. the bees were approved and an electrical fence is going to give bears a run for the honey.
Now - can someone direct me towards gardening info in the Loire Valley of France?  Laurie, Chicago
