Easements

To the person whom was requesting information on community gardens and easements, here is what Reston Association told me:
As property owners, we have the right to do most anything on the easement area that does not violoate the terms of the easement agreement. Presumably, the use of the land for gardening - provided trees are not growing and other deep-earth penetrations are not taking place, are permissible.
