Hi All,

This is info that you will want to know about before you get to SLC.

Instead of the conference slide show we are asking that you bring 2 photos
of our garden projects for a new ACGA scrapbook. The photos should be 81/2"
x11" and they will not be returned to you. (Kinko's does good color
enlargements of photos for about $1 per page)

You can also bring poster displays of your garden project or organization
for display in the poster session. They should not be any taller that 4ft
and can sit on a table top or easel. You need to indicate that you are
bringing this on your conference registration form.

Attention Choral Singers!!
The Mormon Tabernacle Choir performs every Sunday morning at 9:30. The
program (Music and the Spoken Word) is CBS radio's longest running radio
program. Tickets are free but should be coordinated prior to coming to the
conference. Call 801- 604-5825 by August 21st to arrange for tickets.

The SLC committee has made arrangements with the Latter Day Saints (Mormon)
Family Search Center (the largest genealogical records library in the world)
to provide an orientation about genealogy work and help those who may do
genealogy. It is important that anybody wishing to do this brings as much of
their family information with them to Salt Lake so they can make the most of
their time at the library.
Also, we have arranged for 50 tickets to the LDS Church's movie Testament.
The tickets are free and the movie last about 80 minutes and begins at 9:00
p.m. Friday evening.

The Oak Ridge Boys will be playing in concert Friday evening. Interested
attendees should call 801- 604-5825 for more details as soon as possible.

That's all for now. More info as it comes in--check the website for up to
date info always. <http://www.communitygarden.org/conf/index.html>
