  • Subject: [cg] incinerators

Here in Harrisburg the incinerator has been shut down. Some Cogen
"operators" from "south Jersey" are handing us lots of rigamarole. Does
anyone know where to find cutting edge ways to deconstruct non recyclable
trash? Previously the city did not recycle because the Mayor needed all the
garbage, etc. to have enough volume to get his permit. This is a very
corrupt incinerator authority and even though it doesn't sound like a
gardening thing, the majority of people involved in the protest are adopt a
plot gardeners and natural food freaks.

Japan has some process called plasma but I can't find it with any words I
plug into my browser.

Help is greatly appreciated. Next meeting is Wed. after Labor Day so I
would like to give the URL to people. Already have all sorts of groups
together but I am one of the few with all day to look for information or
call elected officials.

Thanks in advance for any info.
