Good news!! Tom's of Maine (the toothpaste folks) have teamed up with the
ACGA to give out 15 grants of $1000 each to new or existing community
gardens in North Americ .
Go to this ACGA webpage and click on the colorful "Toms of Maine logo to
download the application (it is a very slow PDF download):

The application is very easy--they only want 250 words!
DEADLINE IS AUGUST 15, 2004 to be received at:
