community garden research

Hi my name is Betsy Nowinski and I am doing research for Jane Schukoske, a 
University of Baltimore School of Law who is writing a book on community 
development which will include a chapter on the legal aspects of urban 
community gardens.

I am looking for city and county laws and regulations affecting community 
gardens.  I just received Brenda Inouye's posting regarding a Seattle bylaw - 
Brenda, I will look into the bylaw in the course of my research and let you 
know whatever I find out about it!
