RE: (no subject)

Rodney, the variables are so great that you really have to put a submeter on
the water line where it branches off to the garden to have an accurate
measure.

Hi, I'm trying to figure out an estimate of the average amount of water used
in a 6880 sq. ft garden at an apartment complex. The water for the complex
and for the garden are billed together so it's difficult to assess how much
of the water is being used in the garden. Does anyone have information
regarding the number of gallons or CCF of water used per month or per
growing season in a community garden and if so, what is the sq/ft. of that
garden?
