Community Gardener

Qualification: Horticultural experience required.  Educational
experience preferred.  Bilingual Spanish/ English preferred.  References
required.

Job Description: Responsible for overall maintenance of community garden
and play space at El Sitio Feliz garden in East Harlem, NY.  Includes
watering, pruning and plant replacement.  Gardener works with both
community gardeners and children and youth in Union Settlement Programs
in a variety of horticultural programs.  Supervises volunteers and
college interns.

Schedule:  Three days per week, flexible hours
