we are starting a community garden in the bronx NY and we are under fire  with the owners of the buildings  about  attracting animals and  other vermin.  what can be done about it and how can we prevent them from comming ? we need hard  facts  some sort of information we can bring the owners in order to show them what we are doing on how to keep them away and if they do show up  how to get rid of them ..........thanks
