Does anyone know how to obliterate the ubiquitous soil retainer that
Agricultural Colleges told transportation departments to use on hill sides?
A lady called the Master Gardener's number and I got the call... The only
thing I could find is what she has been doing, mechanically removing the
plants and using roundup.
Her neighbor used Crown Vetch on his hillside, now she has it invading her
lawn and veggie garden. The following sums up the entire issue of deleting
Coronilla varia... it sounds like the Kudzu of the North.

Any suggestions will help, at this point the poor woman is ready to poison
her ground.
