Tobacco - Container Gardening


Does anybody know how tobacco would do in a container rooftop garden?  Is
now too late to plant seeds (I'm in Philadelphia)?  How much space does
tobacco require?

I know this is a strange question...  but any help / suggestions are
greatly appreciated!!!
