Millennium Gardens: Where's the money! ;-D

Hi, Folks!

Saw the "Excerpts from the First Lady's Speech:  Millennium Green Kick-off
Event at USDA, December 15,1999" in the ACGA Multilogue newsletter.   Very
inspiring.  However, how do those of us with gardens (or even those who are
starting -- so Clinton gets credit for 1,000 gardens in the Millennium --
whatever gets things greener! ;-D) get our hands on the funding that
hopefully Clinton has given USDA for this inititive?  *Someone* needs to
fund my kiwi pergola! ;-)

I would also like to take this time to say how glad I am that Sean Cosgrove
is SAFELY home in Canada and no longer sending us e-mail about how he's out
of the office! ;-) (Although he did do a great job of calling in, asking
questions and focusing Jac Smit when he was on Radio Times on WHYY [Philly
NPR station] on Wednesday.  So maybe having him "out of the office" wasn't a
complete loss for all of us here on the list! ;-D)
