Siberian carpet cypress. Seriously hardy. Can grow to 1.5ft tall and
7-8ft wide. Looks like a trailing arborvitae. Turns purple to red in
winter. Good for planting on banks.
You could have found it on-line or in any good gardening book. I
found it in the "Sunset National Garden Book".
