Mark,
Welcome to community gardening!
Please go to the American Community Gardening Association website: American Community Gardening
Association (http://www.communitygarden.org) where there is a wealth of
information on community gardening throughout North America, garden studies,
how-to-start a community garden, grow your community, links to community
garden associated food security groups and much more.
Set aside a few hours, brew yourself a pot of your favorite hot beverage ( or
a pitcher of something shaken/stirred), find some amenable music, a
comfortable chair, click and read.
Community gardening is a great avocation and we're always looking for strong
backs and a willingness to help build communities, one shovel at at time.
Happy reading,
Adam Honigman
