Hi Mr Adam,

I was expecting the moderator to comment on this but looks like I had to write so here it is.

No question, I am stunned and shocked to receive this mail from you and the content of your mail speaks for you ? I leave it to you and others to decide if it?s cultural, generational or something else and what should be done with members like you on the list. Also, I would like to draw the attention of the moderator and other members of this list server to boycott such members from the list. I hope all will agree on this.

Let me tell you very upfront: this is neither of what you have mentioned ? cultural, generational or whatever- nothing at all. But what you have done by writing what you have written and shown of yourself by replying the way you have on the list server, has definitely to be one of these.

Regarding the memo for removing or using the word ?Please? in such mails, I haven?t seen one myself. So I will refrain from this and leave it to you to find that out. However, I will surely point out that you seem to be one of those who is looking for specific words or phrases in a letter and could not find anything else in the content, which might have sounded quite similar to the words you were looking for. And I would like to point out that of all the replies that I received on my email, yours was the most unprofessional and disgusting one.

Even though English is not my first language, I think I have satisfactorily conveyed my feelings to you and message to all without using the ?F? word, which you could not do away with.

Shefali
