Suggest you contact Just Foods in NYC they promote food issues run CSA's , the
City Farms Program and NYS Ag and Mkts FMNP- WIC check Farmer's Mkts in NYC.
Also Cornell Extension has been involved in Community Gardens for some years
in NYC. The Green Guerrillas in Manhattan and the NYC Horticultural Society
in mid town, As well as, NYC Parks Dept Green Thumb, Brooklyn Botanic Garden,
and NYBG Bronx Green UP programs. There is also NYC Council for the
Environment and NY Restoration Program with the 50 some gardens that are part
of The Trust for Public Land in NYC.
