US Senator Jim Jeffords -The Newly Independent Gentleman from Vermont

Ladies & Gentlemen ( & members of the ACGA Board),

America is the country of new beginnings and re-invention. The distinguished
gentleman from Vermont has broken through  his Republican chrysalis and has
become a bright shiny "Independent" Senator aligned with the democratic
party.

Senator Jeffords may end up being Environmental chair - perhaps a nice
letter from the ACGA board reaching out this rare civil servant, some
lobbying by delegation  of the ACGA  board might get some promissing
results.
