Food Systems Coalition (Non-Profit) Organizational Structure



Good Morning All,

The community of Grand Rapids Michigan has taken the initiative to develop a Food Systems Coalition.  The organization is still in its formative stages and was wondering if anyone has had experience structuring a multi-disciplinary / professional organization of this sort before.  Are there any models that could be suggested as a guide (No need for us to reinvent the wheel here)?  Your help is much appreciated!
