garening grants available?

Hi
I remember a grant for 1st-timers being mentioned on the list. Has the deadline
passed? I can't find my email about it. I have to write a grant for a 
workshop today
so I need something to practice on and hopefully get. Any ideas? I 
have been searching
the Internet like mad but haven't found anything yet.
