in regard to the cleveland garden, would suggest that there be more of a leadership committee created with other people than 'the Leader' involved in communications, and development of a phone tree, so that more of the effort is shared on a regular basis.  i always suggest a minimum of three 'leaders' so that tasks are divided, and decisions and work shared.
