Hi! I am trying to grow belgian endive in my garden
this year as an experiment. The plants seem to have
thrived through the growing season. Now comes the
tricky part of cellaring and forcing them. I am hoping
there are some gardeners more experienced than I out
there who are willing to share some insight into the
world of endive. Thanks!
