Contact Ecology Action, the creators of the Grow Biointensive gardening method. Huge numbers of Mexicans are employing this method to be able to feed themselves, sometimes literally saving lives. There are many teachers of GBI in Mexico that you could contact, and EA will have their names and numbers.
