ECOLABELS AND THE GREENING OF THE FOOD MARKET

Boston, Massachusetts, USA    November 7-9, 2002

This conference will offer a comprehensive forum for discussion
of all aspects of environmentally labeled foods. The program 
includes several nationally prominent featured speakers, panel 
discussions, and 60 contributed presentations (oral and poster). 
Topics include: legal and policy issues; certification and 
quality assurance; marketing and consumer-related aspects; and 
social implications; and lessons from successful ecolabeling 
programs.
