Mine sounds like yours Zem, very shiny green leaves with new growth being
reddish. Mine is tiny, rescued from Lowe's fro $1 or so. I've got it in a
window sill, sitting on some rocks in a saucer since it is supposed to like
high humidity. It's in a clay pot and dries out quick. I'll let you know how
it goes. So far so good!
