Re: Prunus abhirtella "Higan"
I got my Prunus serrula (Paperbark Chery) from Greer in Oregon, but there's
that problem of 30% shipping. I checked the 2003 catalog and he has it:
1-2ft $8.95, 4-5ft $59.95, 5-6ft (1.5in calliper) $119.95.
Forest Farm has it:
Tube $9.95, 1 gallon, 1-2 ft $17
I saw this tree highlighted in Fine Gardening about 10 yrs ago as being an
underused species that was spectacular. I ordered it with the hope I could
stretch my Z5 to a Z6, but no. It would be perfect for you though.
