Silene CM

Someone on the list, maybe Ceres, has Silene 'Clifford Moor'. I got mine
last year and just love it, but have a question. Is this plant evergreen?
It never lost its leaves from last year. Though they look a little
beleaguered, they aren't bad at all. Is this normal? I'd only grown
biennial Catchflies before. Any suggestion for spring care?
