No cheese! Just white truffle oil in the pasta and pressed through a
chitarra to cut it. I always get a kick out of drying the pasta -- it
looks like little worms sunbathing from a distance. ;)
Tonight was chick peas in a curry simmer sauce with golden raisins, served
on garlic flatbread with a yogurt/coconut mix.
I was going to drink some chai with it, but instead opted to have a
'Coco Solo' -- a 'natural coconut flavored soda.'

Every visitor has to bring an available 30-something woman with as
company, though... I've gotten too old for this college town!!! ;)
Maybe someday we'll all get together. But I have to lose my winter weight
first!
