Wow- you are well stocked.  I'm not so crazy about vanilla scented 
things, but I do like real vanilla in cooking- so I might give it a 
try.  My most recent favorite was discovering Talea- its an amaretto 
cream liquor.  I love it in hot chocolate- or just straight.
