I noticed that the Magnolias around here are now blooming.  My plum tree is
in glorious flower!  Most of my daffodils are in full show now along with
many spring ephemerals.  (No tulips in bloom yet.)  The pulmonaria are in
flower though.  They have such beautiful shades of blues/pinks & white.  The
muscari have just started to blossom.  The yard is alive in color.  

The little garden I put over the area where the ashes of pets were buried
put on a show of crocus, then daffodils with tulips breaching the soil.  It
has certainly cheered my soul after such a long, cold and snowy winter.
Even puppy Mr. Face has to stop and smell the flowers on his walks.

two more tulips opened!  The turkestanicas are gorgeous!  The others a
little pink species, can't recall the name. cute.
