Fountain question

Ceres, hopefully both!  I want to incorporate a fountain in the garden
which will have 8 foot walls to keep the deer out.  Needless to say, I've
been taking notes over the past few years from those on the list that deal
with deer daily.  We've got 6 acres next to Lake MacBride in Johnson County
which is still being farmed.  I'll go from being a shade gardener to
gardening in a former bean/corn field!  I'm already planting trees and
lilacs where I can, only to have farm chemicals kill them when the wind is
in the wrong direction during application.  Sigh.

So, does Iowa let their MGs change counties if they move?  I'd be in
Melody's group!
