Re: Tony Avent in NYTimes

Donna I planted one of these 2 years ago (don't remember the height
description).  It completed the year but then the next was almost
nonexistant and no blooms?  Waiting to see if this year shows even a leaf?
Maybe it is those kids again?  They are brutal on the perenial garden -
bless the little darlings!
