As far as I can tell, yes.

I just received mine in the mail yesterday from the UK along with two
other RHS publications:  Clematis and Propagating Plants.  The Clematis
one seems to be mostly eye candy, but I haven't looked at it in-depth.
Propagating Plants looks great so far!
