I just love collards, but I only plant tomatoes, peppers, basil and thyme in pots. I had to look up choi sum, but I recognized it when I saw what it was. It's a great stir-fry ingredient. I've used collards in stir-fry, too, and they are pretty good used that way.

Just picked collards for the third time. They're like zucchini. Also harvested from the first planting of choi sum; these are from seeds I planted on March 1, so the turn-around on that veg is very short.
