happens a lot, Jim.  We sometimes write what we hear in our minds. Most
people don't mind in casual circumstance like email.
But I plan on calling Metalcraft.  I read their ad in Greenhouse Business:

"Do you know where your carts are?
You do if your tracking them with a customized tracking system from
Metalcraft."

If they paid a professional agency to make up the ad, I think they deserve a
refund!
