Thanks everybody. I've heard such horror stories about trying to get rid of AOL. I had to contact the TN commissioner of consumer affairs to make them stop double billing me after 3 years of fighting with them.

Yeah, it's like almost everything else. Just remember to keep saying "What does 'no' mean to you?" and "Thank you. but just cut the crap and cancel me." Took me 5 minutes to quit Dish Network when I switched to DirecTV, but eventually they realize you don't want another free month, or 100 free channels, or a larger mailbox, or 2 weeks of free term life insurance.
