RE: Late fall planting

I heard the first frost was expected September 23 this year. I have my frost
covers ready! We are moving the plants indoors now. 

I sprayed with dish soap and water mixed today and tonight my leaves look
burnt. I sprayed again with clear water and hope the plants pull through!
Has anyone else had this experience?
