Yep--- it is -- Lonicera Sempervirens 'Blanche Sandman'
I don't think it is evergreen here... will let you know as the season go
on... I do recall wondering if it was going to live over last winter, so
doubt it stayed green. It grew quite nicely on my problem fence!
Ok folks.. how do I propagate it so it expands more? Or will it take over by
itself Pam?
