Our agent or known in our county as our coordinator or officially 
'horticulturist', does not teach the classes.   ISU & other specialists teach the classes 
which is scheduled by the coordinator but MGs over see & host the classes.   
BTW, our coordinator just resigned to care for her elderly mother.   I can't 
believe we will ever have such a qualified person again.
