Hi Kitty, No, I pickled them in the tail end of September, since that's
when mine got to be fair sized, and took them to Southern KS for the family
Christmas gathering. The folks who liked spicy stuff really thought they
were great.

Well, I don't like hot peppers, but i know someone who does. do they really
take until Christmas to ripen? They'll freeze first!
