Re: slow news day

Tigger was 6 months old when I adopted him. I have never regretted taking the
older cat when all the kitties where available. He is 14 years old now, so
like Cathy, I have to start planning as his health isn't the greatest now.
And on the gardening note..... as soon as daybreak comes going to work on some
weeding.... even tho it is 69 degrees with 82 percent humidity... it is better
now than it will be later.

Anyone up to watch the meter showers? Can't see
them here with all the clouds.

Given time, she
should be fine. My youngest cat was a bit older when we
adopted him. He was a
bit skittish at first, but now he's mommas lap cat!

No Theresa, Carol & Stew' are bringing her over tomorrow after church.
knew Sugar before they moved out to East Texas and they know me. I trust
Carol enough to do this. She's 9 months old, had all shots and all, she's
fixed and so forth. They don't de-claw either so there's no problem there.
I'm praying she will adjust OK to new mama, new environment and all that.
