He goes to places where kids are on spring break, throws parties for them, gets everybody drunk, and videos the girls "going wild" - or so I've heard. I think some tv show did a story on him and interviewed him. He started w nothing but a camera and he's filthy rich now, selling videos.

It would seem that the guy in the purple jacket must be well-known  and

have some issue that happened to him that would include some sort  of
hanky-panky and that the tax forms would be a clue - that his panky has to do with tax-dodging instead of women. Hmmm... maybe we'll have to write
