I'm hoping I don't leave out any essential ingredients. <LOL>

3 very ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3-4 jalapenos and/or serranos, minced (with or without seeds)
2 small cans chopped jalapenos
1 small onion, diced
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
Juice of one lime
Cilantro, chopped
Kosher salt
Ground pepper
I chop the garlic and peppers in my mini food processor. The rest of it I
do by hand. I always season to taste, and it always gets a lot of
compliments. There are those people who will tell you this is really a
recipe for pico de gallo, but the Cubans in Key West call is salsa.
