My guess is that cats don't like the smell which is great since they
haven't used that garden as a litter box in the past 2 weeks!!  If
there was only some way to keep that strong cedar smell going for
months on end...  I actually do like the smell, reminds me of my
grandfather's cedar chest from when I was a kid.
