Well, this was when I was a kid back in NJ. We all met at grandmas. She was
in charge of the cooking. The sphagetti sauce was already simmering, ummmm I
could still smell it. She was up earrrrrly. My mother & 2 sisters helped to
make home made pasta & ravioli. She directed the whole thing. Grandpa, my
pop * older sons sat around drinking home brewed "dago red". Powerful stuff.
Yes, I did drink some on the sly. I got "sick". This was done for all the
major holidays. It was gr888. Oh, I forgot, meatballs too!!!!
