My guess is that they're renting. Who owns the property? My neighborhood had problems with two guys with loud Harleys who let their large dog run loose. A letter from the neighborhood assn. quieted the bikes, and no more roaring through the neighborhood at 3 a.m. at a zillion decibels. Haven't seen the dog since then either. Young men in our block used to have loud parties every week, ending with drunks talking in loud obscenities . A letter to the parents (who own the house) straightened that mess. I think we could do more, since this area is not zoned for rooming houses or apartments. I don't think all of the young men there are related, so that would violate the zoning ordinance. Hmmmm. Not this bunch. Stupid, violent tempered, lazy (not one job amongst them) rude, useless, obnoxious trash. But the neighborhood as a whole is fed up. Their days in this neighborhood are numbered...
