I am not that educated on this subject matter... but!... When I had a
veggie garden big enough to feed my family for a year ( some were frozen
for winter use) and an uncle who raised my meat (cows, pigs, chicken and
turkeys) I NEVER got a cold or the flu or anything... was always
healthy. The year I went back to eating store bought food... the colds
and stuff came back :(
