Someone sent me this:

You can get an average rainfall map at:

http://www.nationalatlas.gov/natlas/NatlasStart.asp

When I tried it, I got a colorful map, but no keys.  Could someone else try
it and see if they can help me figure it out?  If so, it is much more
detailed than the HCG map for those who want something more specific.
